Mark what sounds wrong before reading the defect guide.
ACADEMY / QA PRACTICE
6 checks before you publish AI Voice.
Do not just read the checklist. Listen, compare and make an acceptance decision.
BAD → CHECK → GOODFactsPronunciationPacingClippingNoiseLocalization
STEP 1 / LISTEN
Start with the output, not the checklist.
Listen again and identify what changed.
DECIDE BEFORE THE REVEAL
What would you do with the rejected sample?
Listen first, then choose the action you would take before seeing the teaching answer.
TEACHING ANSWER
REJECT → REPAIR
Why: the rejected sample does not yet satisfy the listening criteria.
Evidence: compare pacing, pronunciation, clipping/noise and localization against the six checks below.
Action: identify the affected segment, regenerate only what needs repair, then rerun QA before release. A generated file alone is not a publish decision.
STEP 2 / QA WORKBENCH
Use the checklist as a decision tool.
STEP 3 / DEFECT EXAMPLES
Know what should trigger a reject.
STEP 4 / ACCEPTANCE
Your task is to decide: reject, repair or release.
Record the defect, required correction and final state. “Generated successfully” is not an acceptance result.
